FATHER ABRAHAM
Father Abraham, had many sons sir.
And many sons had Father Abraham.
And they never laughed, and they never cried.
All they did was go like this:
With a left. REPEAT
Father Abraham, had many sons sir....
With a left. REPEAT
And a right. REPEAT
Father Abraham...
This song is repeated until the audience is singing the whole verse with each limb moving.
Essentially the last verse is with a left and a right and a right leg and a left leg and a
rear end, etc.

Surprise, surprise. This song has the same clapping and slapping rhythm of Calamine Lotion
and Dog, Cat, Mouse. See those songs for instruction and guidance and revelatory
information. Have you ever tried spelling out some of these words? CFL staffers have some
pretty queer vocabulary to learn!

FOUND A PEANUT
Found a peanut, found a peanut, found a peanut just
now.
Just now I found a peanut, found a peanut just now.
It was rotten, it was rotten, it was rotten just now.
Just now it was rotten, it was rotten just now.
Ate it anyway...
Got sick...(or a stomach ache)
Called the doctor...
Had surgery...
Died anyway...
Went to Heaven...
Forgot my teddy bear...
Went after it...
Back in Heaven...
Kicked an angel...
Went the other way...(or shoveling coal)
Found a peanut...
It was rotten...
Threw it away...
This is sung to the tune of Clementine and goes on for a long time. Make sure that your
audience likes it and that you have a lot of time to do it.
