Towards the end of 2018 I started meeting up with Tim O’Neil from work to have a longer run before starting work. He meets me at Deansgate Station at 07:22 and we have a regular route that takes us out along the Bridgewater Canal, over the Manchester Ship Canal, through Salford Quays and Media City, the back along the Bridgewater.
