I met Tim O’Neill at Deansgate Station for our regular Tuesday morning run. We set off along the canal towpath for our regular route but gave up after a short distance because it was far too icy.
So, Plan B was to run in the city centre where we could be confident the pavements would be free from ice, which thankfully it was.
We ran out along Deansgate and I stopped outside the John Rylands Library for a selfie.
