Last Sunday I ran 17k. Today I decided to run the full half marathon distance to see what it would feel like.
I was hoping for a time under 2 hours but I stopped a number of times to pick up glass bottles and to clear broke glass off the footpaths and pavement.
The Liverpool Half Marathon is on Sunday 10th March. I need to practice running at a steady pace. The first half today was too fast and I noticeably slowed after 12k.
