It’s the Spring Equinox today and the weather was warm enough for me to run to the station in just my running gear without a jacket.
It was good to do a morning run with Tim for the first time in three weeks! We did our shorter loop (Bridgewater Canal and Manchester Ship Canal) but in the opposite direction for the first time.
