This morning I went to South Manchester parkrun in Platt Fields.

This is the closest parkrun to my work and one of the parks I run through on a regular basis. I’d planned to do it the week after this ahead of volunteering at the University of Manchester Open Day but I’ve been invited to Burnage instead!

South Manchester parkrun was the first one in the city and was originally just called Manchester parkrun. It’s popular with local students during term time.
