This morning I went to Burnage parkrun in Stockport.

I was invited along by Calum Burrell because his wife Lynsey was doing her 150th volunteering stint!

Burnage is currently using their alternative course because a section of the main route has been under water for a number of months.

It was a really nice run on a lovely day, and the crowd there were so warm and friendly. They have access to Burnage Rugby Club who provide teas, coffees and breakfast buns for the post-parkrun chat.
