I couldn’t resist offering to organise and lead a run this morning, and in the end three delegates from the SMBE conference turned up. We ran along the Rochdale Canal where we stopped to help a narrowboat navigate a lock! We then went along the Bridgewater Canal, over the Manchester Ship Canal (and River Irwell), along the Ship Canal then back along the Bridgewater.
Despite the forecast being for rain it thankfully stayed dry and we had a nice, gentle run ending back at Deansgate Station.
