On my second day in Yorkshire on holiday with my Dad I went for a run from the guesthouse where we were staying. I had planned on running along the roads but took a turn and saw the pavement eneded so I diverted along a footpath across local fields. Unfortunately I had to turn back when I came to a section that was overgrown with nettles and brambles which I didn’t really want to run through wearing shorts!
At the end I stopped at the Fiish Pond. Yes, I know that’s not how to spell ‘Fish’ but that’s how it’s showing on Google Maps and they’re never wrong (!).
