This morning I did my early morning run from Patricroft along the Bridgewater Canal, where I passed two dead rats and a bike that had been dredged from the bottom of the canal – perfect for Halloween!
Because it is the last Thursday of the month I finished off at the Greenhouse Cafe for a free UMRun Rundezvous breakfast!
