This morning I returned to Wepre in North Wales to join my friend Robin Fox for his 50th birthday parkrun. He came to mine in Liverpool a few weeks back so I was happy to return the favour!

This was my second visit to Wepre. My first was back in June and it was Robin’s first every parkrun. That day was warm and dry. Today was wet and decidedly muddy! My time today was almost a minute slower than the first time, which wasn’t surprising given the conditions under foot.
