Sticking to my pledge to try to visit my home parkrun at least once a month I got a lie-in this morning!

After Princes parkrun was cancelled last week with the ice it was surprisingly mild this morning!

On the way round I lapped Jo Gibson. This was a surprise to me because she’d said she was going to go to Haigh Woodland this morning! She’d had a heavy week though so decided to stay local instead.

After I’d finished I jogged back round the course in the opposite direction until I caught up with Jo then followed her in to the finish, hence the extra distance recorded.
