This morning I went with Jo and Ben Gibson to the 6th running of Alexandra parkrun, Moss Side, in Manchester. This is a park I’ve run through most weeks of the year with the UMRun Thursday lunchtime group.

This was my 100th parkrun and coincided with a North West Tourists meetup so there were lots of cow cowls on display!

Alexandra is a fast course with two large and one small laps of the park, and I got my fastest time since October.

I managed to lose my gloves again when I accidently put them into the pocket of someone else’s jacket at the start!
