It was a pleasure to join Danny Norman and Nicola Forwood at Pontefract parkrun where Danny completed the Norman Conquest – all of the Running Challenges on the browser extension!

I met lots of lovely pod listeners, and got my photo taken with HWMNBN (He Who Must Not Be Named) – Ian Rutson – the guy who looks after all the technology for parkrun. What a star!

I ran slow time, but I didn’t mind at all! Unfortunately I didn’t have time to join them at the local cafe as I needed to get home. Maybe next time.
