I’d planned on doing all of the roads south off Prescot Road but ran out of steam… 15 km is enough for one day.

I’d already run down Holland Street before but couldn’t resist stopping to take another photo as I passed the end.

Lister Crescent is a private road with a garden – Lister Green – in the centre. Very nice! And Lilly Vale hidden away in a side street off Prescot Road is a lovely little pedestrian street with houses on.

There’s a sweet factory called Tangerine Confectionary Ltd on Beech Road. The smell coming from it was toffeerific!

There are new houses being built on Prescot Road. And new houses means new roads! I’ll have to add them on OpenStreetMap when they’re finished.

There’s no church on Church Road, although there is one opposite the end, on the other side of Prescot Road.

Borax Street no longer exists since it was taken over as a service road behind the new B&Q development. I got close enough via GPS for it to be marked as complete, and I’ve updated OpenStreetMap.

I’ve had to mark Tapley Street as manually completed as this now has a new development on top of where the road used to be, and I ran in as far as I could go.
