First run in my new red 50 t-shirt!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

This was the first time I’d been back to my home parkrun since New Year’s Day. I’d meant to visit two weeks ago but ended up at Warrington instead when Princes was cancelled due to ice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I ran in my red 50 t-shirt for the first time. I had my long sleeved top underneath and it was so warm I very quickly realised I had too many layers on and could have got away with just a vest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The numbers at Princes are getting so high on a regular basis that the pre-run briefing now mentions the narrow path round the lake, and Les asked for people to run single file to allow faster runners to overtake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was really happy with my time as it was the first parkrun under 22 minutes this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
