Oh boy&#8230;!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Sunday 24th February 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Distance:&nbsp; 21.1k<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Half Marathon practice run: 2:02:24<\/strong><\/li><li>Total to date: 386.7k<\/li><li>Rolling target: 275k<\/li><li>Ahead of target: 111..7k<\/li><li>Distance remaining: 1438.3k<\/li><li>Days remaining: 310<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Last Sunday I ran 17k. Today I decided to run the full half marathon distance to see what it would feel like. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was hoping for a time under 2 hours but I stopped a number of times to pick up glass bottles and to clear broke glass off the footpaths and pavement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Liverpool Half Marathon is on Sunday 10th March. I need to practice running at a steady pace.
