The ankle still aches if I sit too long without it moving, but there&#8217;s no pain when I walk. I tried a light jog for about 30 seconds and it felt fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the groin strain is still there. It&#8217;s not as bad as last week but I could definitely feel it when I jogged. I&#8217;m hoping the sports physio can get it fixed tonight!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this stage it&#8217;s tempting to start running again, but I did say I&#8217;d take a full week off and that&#8217;s still what I intend to do.
