My now regular Tuesday morning run with Tim O’Neil from work.
This time last week it was dark as we set out and I needed my head torch for most of the way.
Today, however, it was light enough to run out along the Manchester Ship Canal and we were able to turn our torches off after only a couple of km.
What a difference a week makes!
