Week 4 – 21st to 27th January 2019
Distance – 43.9 (target = 35)
Positives this week include reaching 12% of my fundraising target, passing 100 miles run since the start, and returning to Phoenix parkrun.
Downsides? I lost a glove at Phoenix. And I forgot to start my Strava today, only noticing after around 3.3k… I’ll try not to do that again!
