Today I did my early morning run in The Mystery with two and a half laps.
At work I ran to Platt Fields to meet Lemn Sissay MBE, Chancellor of The University of Manchester. He was filming a promo for the #PurpleWave at the Great Manchester Run and they needed some runners in the background. I also got interviewed about my 5k-a-day challenge too, and might be getting some helpful publicity out of it from UoM Sport.
