parkrun #61 – Birkenhead parkrun (visit #6)

I’d been meaning to get back to Birkenhead for a while now. Although this was my sixth visit I’d only run their new course once before and I was eager to try to beat my course record of 21:39. This plan was thwarted by the fierce headwind on the track up to the top path, and along the top path as well.
Given how strong the wind was I was happy to get within 8 seconds of my course PB!
