This morning I was joined at parkrun for the first time by Richard! Also running with us was niece Megan from Germany who was visiting for the weekend from her current placement in Tunbridge Wells.
I’d said to Richard I would run with him at his pace for his first parkrun. He did really well to finish in 31:50, and is aiming to bring that down to sub-30 next time. I got my slowest time of the year so far, but I just don’t care! I’m so proud of him!
