Weeks 24 & 25 – 10th to 23rd June 2019
- Weekly target = 35k
- Distance run Week 24 = 37.9k

I’m almost back to full fitness after my marathon-induced injuries. My ankle is fully recovered and my groin strain is fine so long as I’m not pushing it too hard.
It’s been good to have two full weeks of running under my belt, and I’m now counting down the days to the end of the month and the half way mark.
Highlights:
- Running again after the 7 day forced break walking 5k-a-day instead!
Milestones:
- Passing 300k over my rolling 5k-a-day target
- Passing 700 miles run to date
- Passing the 700km remaining mark
- Passing the 200 days remaining mark
