This morning gave Jo Gibson a lift to Wepre parkrun in Connah’s Quay, North Wales. I was joined there by my friend Robin Fox who was doing his first parkrun!

Wepre is said to be the third hardest parkrun in the UK because of the hill. It was certainly a tough climb and just as challenging coming down the steep slope on the other side!
