Notes

I have to admit I didn’t know there was a district called Swanside. It seems to be in slightly different places depending on which map you’re looking at, but it’s roughly east and south east of Knotty Ash, and south of Dovecot.

This area seems to have a lot of green spaces spread around. I don’t know if they were planned like that or if they’ve been created after houses were knocked down.

I ran along the border between Liverpool and Knowsley (Pilch Lan and Page Moss Lane). It’s strange seeing different styles of street signs and wheely bins on opposite sides of the road.

I bet ADISCO FOOD & WINE is a fun night out!

Saw a George V letterbox.

Dovecot Park is nice, although the community noticeboard has seen better days.

I wouldn’t like to run down Back Dovecot Place in the dark…

Found some new roads not on the map.

I drastically underestimated how far this run was. I think I’m going to have to do shorter runs after work during the week as I’m starting to lose the light.
