I went for an early morning run today before the rain set in. And I’m really glad I did because it lashed down from mid-morning through to the evening.

Springhill Court is the part of the Blue Coat School that was sold and converted into flats.

All of the roads off Church Road are named after places – Coventry, Newcastle, Bristol, Truro, etc – so I took a photo by the Newcastle Road sign just for big sister Jane!

There were a few houses in these streets that still had their original front doors.

I ran down Stradbroke Road, which the day before I’d had the pleasure of adding to Open Street Maps after noticing it was missing! One end of the street says it’s a private road, the other end doesn’t. Mixed messages, but I still went back on and labeled it as a private road.

Tor View Road? There is no view of a tor… It was there I found the Tonka Truck – built, not bought!
