Notes
Some nice big, old houses on Halkyn Avenue. The roads that run off it end on Smithdown Road.
Croxteth Drive has two road signs – so good they named it twice?
LACE – Liverpool Archdiocesan Centre for Evangelisation – used to be a school, but I can’t remember what it was called.
St Clare’s RC Church has a particularly nice building attached.
The wildflower meadow at St Agnes Field is worth stopping to take a look at.
At the end of Hartington Road there’s a house with a tower and a turret at the top. Goodness knows why.
Bird Street is unadopted. Are there such things as street adoption agencies?
